What are your opening hours?
We are open every day during the winter season, from 8.30 am to 7 pm.
Can I pay by holiday voucher?
Yes, we accept payment by ANCV holiday vouchers.

2. Equipment hire

How does reserving equipment work?
To book, you need to indicate the dates of your stay and select the range of skis you want according to your skiing ability.
Do you offer packs (skis, boots, poles) for hire?
We offer a wide variety of packs. See our Equipment Hire page for details.
When you hire skis, poles are automatically included.

3. Maintenance and repair service

Do you offer ski maintenance and repair services?
Yes, on both alpine skis and snowboards
What kind of repairs do you do (sharpening, waxing, etc.)?
We offer several repair packages:
  • The"Sharpening" pack or the"Waxing" pack when you only want one service.
  • The"Sharpening and Waxing" pack
  • The"Total" pack includes repairing your sole to fill any holes, before sharpening and waxing.
Do I need to make an appointment for a repair?
No need to make an appointment : bring your equipment to us straight after your day's skiing and you can collect it the next morning.

4. Advice and recommendations

How do you choose the right ski or snowboard size?
We'll give you the ski size that's best for you, depending on your ski level, the range of skis you've chosen and the snow conditions. You can of course change if it doesn't suit you after trying them out.
I am a beginner. What type of skis should I choose?
Opt for skis in the ‘blue’ range, which are very manoeuvrable and light, so you can progress with confidence. For more details, see our Equipment hire page.

5. Safety and prevention

What safety equipment would you recommend for winter sports?
The helmet is the most important element for your safety.
It is compulsory for children attending ski school.
Do you have equipment adapted to skiing for people with back or knee problems?
We offer a Againer exoskeleton for hire, which can give you relief from knee, hip or back pain!
